You say boy's when your talking about 1 boy. That is called ownership. You say boys' when your talking about more than 1 boy. It's also ownership. Ex: The boys' mother said they have to go play outside. Ex: The boy's mom said he has to go play outside.

Talk to him about it. Say you want to go outside and play a backyard game; watch TV with him; ask him to play cards or a boardgame.
jugar is used to say play sport. If your trying to say "to play soccer" you would say "jugar futbol(soccer in spanish)"
From my experience both are used, but I have not seen any of them used outside of Asia.
If u mean that likes to go outside and play with u then it coud be a boxer, German shepered, big entergetic dogs, but if u want a little dog I'll say a jak Russell or a Boston terrier!
