How do you say in German I am very good?

Let us assume, you asked someone how they were doing and after responding "good" they were asking you the same question. In that case, it would be "mir geht es auch gut". (I`m also doing well.) But, if someone stated, that they ARE good (and not evil), than it would be "ich bin auch gut".

If you mean good as in a good person or good student or good Chess player, then "Ich bin sehr gut." If you mean good (or well) as an answer to "How are you?" then "Es geht mir sehr gut."
