the 1rst answer is not correct. although the exact translation for "viajando" is "traveling" in this case you have to use "viajar", cause even tough in English you do convert the verb travel, into traveling, in spanish you have to keep in infinitive.
Estoy interesado en "viajando" = I'm interested in I'm traveling.
the correct way = estoy interesado en viajar.
