Singularis:

I am = Jeg er.

You are = Du er.

He, she, it is = Han, hun, den/det er.

Pluralis:

We are = Vi er.

You are = I er.

They are = De er.

"To be" is called "At være" in present tense in Danish, and is spelled the same way whether it's in singularis or pluralis.
