By using exactly the same construction as in English.
For instance.
I am a little boy who likes playing with his friends.
Je suis un petit garçon qui aime jouer avec ses amis.
Basically, you say either "Je suis jaloux" for a boy and "Je suis jalouse" for a girl, but never "Je suis jalousie", cuz that'd mean "I am jealousy." Hope that helps :] Xxx
