The present tense depends on the subject of the sentence, for example:
I am laughing = ani tsokhek (×× ×™ צוחק)
she is laughing = hee tsokheket (×”×™× ×¦×•×—×§×ª)
There is no word "hahaha" (ההה) in Hebrew. If you just kept writing the letter "hey" (ה) in Hebrew, it would be interpreted as laughing (just like hahaha is interpreted in English as laughing), but it does not mean anything.
