'qemah' (قمح) is the arabic word for wheat.

'Of wheat' can be 'min qemah' or just 'qemah' depending on whether "of wheat" goes along with an adjective (made of wheat) - (maf3ul min qemah) or a noun (bread of wheat) - (khobz qemah).
