It depends on how you mean "hit me up".

If you want the other person to "hit you up" in slang-word the sense of "calling you" or "finding you", then: "OK, ese, llámame pronto." OR "Bueno, ese, échame un grito pronto." which mean literally: "OK, homie/bro, call me soon" OR "Good, homie/bro, send me a shout soon."

If you want the other person to physically assault you (i.e. to get hit/punched), then "Anda, ese golpéame más tarde" which literally means "Come on, homie/bro beat me up later."
