peppermint is called "la menthe poivrée" in French
I think they mostly use it as a katakana (or foreign) word so you just say minto (ミント). You could also say pepaminto but I think peppermint is somewhat assumed from minto. There's also hakka (薄荷) which I think is a more traditional word for peppermint or any mint in general.
i say no because there is no use of even trying to do that
The history of peppermints was made from cow patty's. They were originated from Minnesota

"Peppermint Patty" .
Peppermint is a type of mint, but not all mints are peppermint. Peppermint has a stronger flavor and aroma compared to other types of mint.
Dehydromenthofurolactone is a flavoring added to tobacco. The tobacco companies say it is found in peppermint and is considered safe.
Peppermint itself is not illegal. Doubtless peppermint has been added to illegal drugs.
GNC probably carries peppermint oil.
If you buy just pure peppermint tea there should not be any caffeine in it. Just to be safe you may want to look at the ingredients to make sure it does not have any type of other tea in it. However though sometimes peppermint teas have other things in them besides just peppermint leaves, it may also say something like bergmont essence but as long as it doesn't say Black Tea or Green Tea in the ingredients it should be fine. The only type of tea it should say in the ingredients is peppermint tea.
