perr- seff- phone-ee persephone
Only Persephone could say.
perr- seff- phone-ee persephone
Myth does not say.
I would say Hades' weakness is Persephone.
Myth does not say; although she appreciated the music of Orpheus.
In later classical traditions, yes. Older traditions say Persephone is Demeter's daughter through parthenogenesis (conceiving without intercourse).
He abducted Demeter's daughter Persephone in order to get a wife. Was he gay????Hades is married to a female, his wife is Persephone. So ... I would say no, Hades is not gay.
You can say she was strong to the human world but, to the god world, she ranked so little.
She was created. Demeter wanted a daughter and Zeus made her promise to take care of the child, that it wasn't the other gods' responsibilities. She promised and he made her Persephone.
Persephone's mother was Demeter. Persephone's brother was Zeus, who was also Persephone's father (confusing but is correct in the myth)
In most versions of the myth, Hades and Persephone never had children. However, some say that she did have kids: Macaria, Melinoe, Plutus and Zagreus. Some sources even say that Zagreus and Melinoe are not from Hades and Persephone, but from Persephone and her father Zeus. I am choosing to ignore those versions. But generally, Persephone had no children. Well . . . there was Adonis, but he wasn't her actual child. He was more of a foster son. Just thought I'd include it.
Hades is married to a female, his wife is Persephone. So ... I would say no, Hades is not gay.
