The main chant is "Chi! Chi! Chi! Le! Le! Le! Viva Chile!" There can be extra stuff at the beginning, for example one person shouting "Digan Chi!" ("Say Chi!") or similar, with the crowd shouting back "Chi!", then one person shouting "Digan Le!" with the crowd shouting back "Le!".
They're not shouting the number four. They're shouting "Fore!" which I believe is just another way to say "Head's up!". Since I don't golf, I don't know for sure.

Dpends on the circumstance, if its big, obviously theyre gonna yell at you....just wait until they finish speaking and if they carry on shouting, just CALMLY, interupt them and make your pont and then just say to them to stop shouting, if they start shouting , when theyve finishedd, just say "uve done it again" or jus say "talk quieter" But if its a small thing jus reply to them "its only a small thing, theres no need to shout about it"
