まだそこにいますか => 'mada sokoni imasuka?' is literal translation for that. You can also use もしもし => 'moshi moshi' esp on the phone. If you are typing online you can say まだオンラインですか => 'mada onrain desu ka?' or まだ接続していますか => 'mada setsuzoku shiteimasu ka?'.
