just say sorry
Two ways. One: You say sorry a ton of times. Two: you give them something nice with a card that says "I am so sorry for what i did"
The quote 'love means never having to say you are sorry' is not true. In any relationship there will be times when one of the two in the relationship may say something to hurt the other and if they love that person and regret what they said then they would have to say 'I'm sorry for hurting you.' To do anything else would jeopardize the relationship.

Two things, depends on what you feel. He says I love you and you: 1. Love him too : Say, "I love you too." 2. Don't love him : Say, "I'm sorry but I'm just not there yet." The truth is if you love him then enjoy being in love, its great. If you don't, just don't pretend hoping that maybe one day you will or that you should. Don't rush into it. Just because one person loves the other does not mean that you have to love them either. You can't control who you love or who you don't love. Its your heart and you can only listen to it. Answer You can tell him you feel like the luckiest girl in the world but only if you really mean it!
