(那个好辣) You'd say "na ge hao la". The "ao" makes a "ow" sound and the "ei" makes a "ay" sound. If trying to sound surprised, you might add a sharp "ah!" on the end. It is the Chinese equivalent of "Oh!" or "Oh my!"
