Translation: El texto esta escrito (accent over the 'a')
Names are not written any differently in Spanish. "Geoffrey" would still be "Geoffrey" in Spanish text. It would definitely be pronounced differently though.
Libro de texto(Literally "book of text")
Me gusta mandar textos.
In a book written in Spanish, spanish words would not be italicised. In a book written in English, foreign language words are written with italics if they are used as part of a normal sentence or paragraph. If it is an English language book about the Spanish lñanguage, as in a text book, the Spanish text would probably not be written in italics.
"Text" in Spanish is "texto." It is pronounced, "TEX-toe." Sites such as learn-spanish.co.il provide audio pronunciations of many common Spanish words.
