The official language of Costa Rica is Spanish, so in Costa Rica you would say "money" using the Spanish word, "dinero." On the other hand, there is an English language enclave in Costa Rica, and many people elsewhere in that country understand some English, so you might be understood when using the English word. "money."
Costa Ricans call themselves any of the following:CostarricensesTicosLos Ticossome people use the word Costarriqueños, but this is not preferred. In English, People in Costa Rica are called Costa Ricans.

Brazil, Costa-Rica, Ethiopia etc.
No, the word comes originally from a Persian word, pāyjāmeh 'leg garment', and entered the english language via Urdu. If there is a place in Costa Rica called Pajama, information about it is hard to find. However it is most likely to be named after the garment, not vice versa.
Rancho Monterey is located 20 minutes south of Jaco in Parritta, Costa Rica. The property is managed by Carlos Monge. There are currently a few homes and a condo complex built, and another condo/townhouse complex has been a work in progress for many years. Word is the builder is out of money so no real progress is being made. There are many plans for the development, but as with most things in Costa Rica you have to wait and see how it works out.
There are many sites where someone can find Costa Rica vacation rentals. My favorite site is hotwire because you can find hotel rentals as low as seventy-five percent off the original value. Another good way to find Costa Rica vacation rentals is through "the word of mouth." Most often your favorite airline company can suggest good vacation rentals as wells as great restaurants and attractions.
"Tico" is a colloquial term used to refer to someone from Costa Rica. It is commonly used as a means of national pride and identity among Costa Ricans.
