Glamour has many meaning in Arabic. If you mean it as magic so it means in Arabic سحر and you can say it as seher but if you consider it as magnificence so it means in Arabic روعة and you can say it as roa'aeh. You can find another meaning as seduction and it means in Arabic اغراء and you can say it as eghra'a.
In Egypt people speak Arabic so you would say it in Arabic.

There is no such language as "Egyptian" in the modern world. Egyptians speak Arabic, so say it in Arabic and it will be understood in Egypt.
