there could be a variety of answers since in Africa they speak many languages. in fact one of them is English! another language i know they speak is Aribic in which case welcome would be مُرَحَّب بِه، مُحْتَفى بِه i have no idea how to pronounce that, but as i said before there is no certain language they speak so there are many answers to this question.
