More natural: Mitä teet? or Mitä puuhaat.

But you should try to find a proper way to pronounce it. Otherwise it's going to sound odd.

"Läget?" is commonly understood. I'm sure there are as many variations as there are subcultures though . It's short for "Hur är läget?"
