you can say "moo ichi do kudasai" meaning one more time please, or "wakarimasen" meaning i don't understand, or simply "nan desu ka?" meanning what?

If you mean just that phrase 'I will', you could say 'sou shimasu' or 'yarimasu'. If you mean how to form future tense in Japanese, it's no different than the present.

やりたい事をする - Yaritai kotowo suru = This is would be a normal way to say it

やりたい事、私はやる - Yaritai koto, watashiha yaru = Another option, with emphasis
