There are two different ways that you can say this.
You can say "Por qué hacer algo.."
For example: Por qué hago mi cama (Why do I make my bed)
But you can also say "Para que hacer algo"
For example: Para que voy a hacer mi cama (Why should I make my bad)
The latter is a little more upfront way to say it and it not something that should every be said to an adult or parent. It is something that is used more loosely around friends (Para que voy contigo; why would I go with you?) rather then with parents.
If you are asking someone to say something in Spanish you will use the phrase "en español porfavor" or "In Spanish please."
