The seasons are an endless cycle, one doesn't come before the other. But most people say spring, then summer, then fall, then winter, then back to spring, so you could say spring comes first. Technically, winter goes into the next year, its months being December, January, and february, spring starting in march. But most people associate spring with the beginning of the year, summer sort of in the middle, fall toward the end, and winter at the very end.
