"Ya right" is a slang English-language expression given in a sarcastic tone that expresses that the person disagrees with the factual nature of the previous statement, i.e.:

Person 1: I was first place in the race!

Person 2: Ya right, you are the slowest person I know!

In Arabic, this sort of sarcastic speech is not used as much. You would say "That's silly" Hadha sakhif (هذا سخيف) or "I don't believe you" La Asadaqak (لا أصدقك).
