It used to be a lot easier in the US to see a mental health counselor without involving your parents. But, alas, things have changed. Besides, you need money or insurance to pay them. I would start with your school counselor and talk to your parents too.
They are still in love no matter what. They don't care. They go behind their parents backs to "see" each other.
I don't see anyway of doing it without getting caught sooner or later.
No you can't because your parents have to pay and ou need I.d so they know your not a criminal
it depends on the content of your conversation. If you tell the school counselor your going to hurt yourself or someone else they are required by law to tell your mom and dad about your conversation
Tell your parents. If you are uncomfortable about that go and see someone maybe like a guidance counselor in school so that they could help you tell your parents with you. With a coat hanger.
Go see your school counselor or your priest or pastor! Your parents should listen to them if they back you up and you can get some help.
If you feel very strongly about not wanting to see one of your grandparents, try to talk to one of your parents or to both of your parents about this. Tell them what you want and see what can be done. If you cannot manage to talk with your parents about it, try discussing your concerns with another adult, such as a relative, a friend of your parents, a teacher, a religious leader, or a counselor. Legally it is your parents who decide who you can or shall see.
I am not sure you can but perhaps a counselor at school could give you ideas on how to do this. You do need to at least see a doctor who would be a primary care doctor. He would then be able to find a way for you to see a doctor who specializes in this. Maybe he would be the one without sending you on. Especially, if you get along with him. Getting meds is the hard part since only a MD can give them to you. The only other thing is that the counselor could help "talk" you through some of this. If you are under 18, your parents have the right to ask what is going on if you see the MD. Seeing the counselor could be more under the radar.
See a counselor!!
If the counselor's don't see, any camp.
When Jake's mother died, he was not sure how to handle it... for help in addressing his emotions, he made an appointment to see a counselor.
