By how much each light frequency is absorbed by the eye
Its the way the lightwaves bounce off the surfaces. There are different lenghths of lightwaves and thats how our eyes precieve color. I do believe xD haha thats if i remember corectly.
The color of light that we see is determined by its wavelength. Different wavelengths of light correspond to different colors that we perceive.
Why do they have different surface temperature
Different surfaces absorb heat differently due to variations in their composition, color, and texture. Surfaces with darker colors tend to absorb more heat as they absorb a wider range of light wavelengths. Additionally, rough surfaces can absorb more heat than smooth surfaces because they have more surface area to absorb thermal energy.

Objects move on different surfaces by friction.
Actually the color is unknown you might see several different colors but if it was moving and you looked in a different direction you will see green 100% true.

Because cone cells on retina let you see colour.
Objects appear a certain color because they reflect or absorb certain wavelengths of light. The color we see is the result of the wavelengths of light that are reflected back to our eyes. Different materials interact with light in different ways, which is why objects have different colors.
Different animals have different kinds of color vision. Some have very poor color vision and others have very good color vision. In fact some birds and bees have super color vision and see colors that humans don't see.
