you would ask this question to see if someone answered it. which is yes.
In a sense, yes. Someone can answer your question but, someone else can come along and "improve" the answer. Where your answer is, there's the word "improve", when someone clicks it, they can add to the answer. If you click on your question that was answered you will see "first answered by" and then a name. To the right of that you will see "last edited by" and then a name. Last edited by is the person that added to the answer. If "first answered by" is the only person that answered your question, their name also appears next to "last edited by", even though they didn't edit. That's just the way the system is.
A question that is answered with a question that is answered with a question that is... do you see where this is going yet? Circular logic in question form.
This question may refer to a website, jokingly called Cat Soup, and if so then the website is a social website for cat owners to talk about their cats. (see related link). If not then the question does not have enough information to be answered.

Contributors post their questions, then another contributor needs to see that question and answer it. It may take awhile before someone else sees the question, especially someone who would be able to answer the question correctly. Your question will also be answered sooner if you leave the answer area blank. Sometimes other contributors put in an answer like "I don't know" or an incorrect answer, and then it takes longer for someone who can answer it correctly to find your question.
You will be able to see a response under your question when your question is answered on Yahool Answers.
