Remove a plug wire from a spark plug and put a screew driver in the end of it and hold it close to some medal, Then have someone to crank the engine over and see if it sparks from the screew driver. MAKE SURE THAT THE SCREEW DRIVER IS INSULATED so you don't get shocked.
