You can see mespirit on the map marker when you walk and you've got it set on the map marker. then start walking and she will show up and if you have already seen cresselia flee from fullmoon island then she will be on there too. You can't tell them apart so you have to choose which to follow. You cannot run or fly the whole time or she will change her direction immedatly and you cannot fly AT ALL!!! But you can run some!
