They can find out your name and last name and where you live but this is by scanning you they can only do this if you have facebook yoville if your using a different site i dont think they can they can find your age too but if your profile is set to private then they can only see they name they can get your ip address too which can tell them where you live exactly
once you have an account on yoville and facebook you open both up and then with one you make an obvious event u can pick out easy and join it with the other account once there together on the same server add them as buddy so u can always find each other. then u can gift items to each other because you cannot trade on the same ip address.
