Yes you can play podcasts on the ipod classic
While your iPod is connected to your computer, click on it in the 'Devices' section of the left panel. In the main window, select the 'Podcasts' tab, and explore the options for syncing podcasts there. For more detailed information, see link below.
yes but not video podcasts.
yes the podcasts should show up in your itunes library and on your ipod's main menu. if podcasts dont show up on the main menu on your ipod, then go to settings and customize main menu and make sure that podcasts are checked . ( you might have to sync your ipod again to get the podcasts onto it)
The iPod Nano 3rd generation does support podcasts, but it requires that the podcasts be in a compatible format. If the podcasts are not properly formatted or are encoded in a way that the iPod cannot read, they won't transfer. Additionally, ensure that the podcasts are synced correctly through iTunes, as improper syncing could also prevent them from appearing on your device. Lastly, check if there's enough storage space on your iPod for the podcasts.
Plug it into Itunes and go to ur podcasts there, deleet the podcast from your iTunes then sync your iPod agin
