Releasing pokemon is a very simple process, but make sure you truly do not want or need the pokemon anymore, as it will not return. Go to the pokemon storage system on a computer you can find in a Pokemon Center. Select "move pokemon" from the menu after choosing "Bill's PC." Find the pokemon you would like to release and select it. A menu will appear with "release" towards the bottom. Remember to make sure you no longer need the pokemon! Happy Battling!
