I would first talk to my physician about the depression and make sure you can treat the depression you have over the counter or at home. If they agree, then there are many wonderful home remedies out there for depression. One is to make sure a get about 10 minutes of sun everyday. Look into herbal medications for depression. Also, try to stay active, it helps release endorphines in the body which helps us feel good.
