one way to do it is to set up a video camera (Sony, Flip, etc.) on a post or hold it in your hand and have the edge of the image on your video camera border the t.v. screen (if you want the best results.) record the segment you wish to post, next get a USB cord that connects your video camera to your computer and do so. There should be a a pop up on your computer when you do this asking you what you want to upload. Select it and upload the videos of your choice. Finally, go to YouTube, log in, and select upload. Go to your video library and select your video and hit upload.

You first make a video, post it on Youtube, then go to the video you want to respond to. Look under the video and press "Send a Video Response." After you do this it will take you to all of your videos, click the one you want and your done.
