To send a warning for inappropriate answers, go to the users profile page and click on the "Warn" button. There you can choose what kind of warning you want. If the answer included profanity, you can choose the "Profanity (1st warning)" if the user hasn't been warned for that before or "Profanity (2nd warning)" if the user has already been warned. If you can't find an option for what you want to warn the user for, click on "Blank" and write your own warning.
Since these 'official' warnings leave a permanent mark on the user's record, it's a good idea to give an unofficial warning first, unless the offence is really bad. Sometimes a user just needs a little guidance to settle down and become a good contributor.

Sadly there will be people out there who write answers that contain swearing or inappropriate content. Programs like the Vandal Patrol monitor the site for any vandals, and stop them in action by either warning or blocking their account.

You wouldn't be able to contact them directly. Although Answers has the contact details of all its supervisors, that information is not public knowledge. Theoretically, you could send the flowers to Answers head office - then they could send them on to the person concerned. However - given the timescale, the flowers would likely perish before they reached their destination !

If someone puts a 'creepy' answer, you can Flag it. Staff or Supervisors reviews the Flag. Inappropriate answers are removed.
