You have to be specifically invited by the Nobel Committee to nominate someone for a prize. See http://nobelprize.org/nomination/ .
I do not think anyone did. Even Einstein won the Nobel Prize not for Relativity. He won it for the Photoelectric Effect
hendrik antoon lorentz a dutch physiscist who won a nobel prize in1902 for developing the mathematical theory of the electron
Max Planck was the German physicist who was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1918 for originating the quantum theory.
Rudolph A. Marcus won The Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1992.
The scientist who developed a mathematical theory of the electron and won a Nobel prize for it in 1902 was Hendrik A. Lorentz. He was a mathematician and physicist who contributed to the study of electromagnetism.
Erwin Schrodinger won The Nobel Prize in Physics in 1933.
Albert Einstein for photoelectric theory.
First Nobel prize of chemistry (1901) to > Jacobus Hendrikus Van't Hoff (The Netherlands ) 1852-1911) (Theory of solutions)
Einstein received the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1921 for his discovery of the photoelectric effect, which helped establish the foundation of quantum theory.
Albert Einstein was not awarded a Nobel Prize for his theory of relativity. This theory which might better be described as a hyphothesis, was not overlooked by the judges. The judges were not sure that Einstein's Therory was correct and thus no prize was awarded.
The first Filipino Nobel Prize winner was Ernesto H. Presas, who won the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1979 for his work on the theory of the weak nuclear force.
Albert Einstein did not win the Nobel Prize in Chemistry. He won the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1921 for his explanation of the photoelectric effect, which laid the foundation for the development of quantum theory.
