Donating is not an official feature of Roblox. Basically to donate to somebody you buy a donation t-shirt that he has made and he receives the money. Remember that in order for somebody to donate to you you need to make a t-shirt and sell it, therefore you must have Builders Club.

Sadly in 2005, ROBLOX took away the power to send money to other players, since people were abusing it.

The only way to get money on ROBLOX is too create an item and sell it, or have any of the Builders Club upgrades

The only way to send robux is to have builders club, one way is to have the person make a shirt (Builders Premium is required for both people) and you trade that shirt for the amount of robux you want them to send, the other way is to make a shirt yourself and buy your own shirt, if you want to repeat then delete your shirt (delete it in your avitar), and rebuy it, but the defect is that if you set your shirt to 5 robux (minimum cost to make a shirt), then you only get 3 robux back to send to yourself or others, another way is hard but is not technically sending robux, you have to go inside their account (yes you need to know their password) and buy the amount of robux you want them to have paying with PayPal, a credit card, or something like Amazon (what I use to get my robux UvU).
