First, you must get text chat in accounts on the website. login using parental control password. configure. allow text chat and/or open chat. get into the game. press enter. say something. (Text chat= allows you to say words in dictionary. auto for ages 13 plus if birth is entered. Open chat= allows you to say just about anything. auto for ages 18 plus if birth is entered.) press enter again.
Press enter, type what you want to say, then press enter again. Some players don't have permission to use it.

You cannot actually type in the number, but for example if you wanted to say 8 you can say eighth and it will not be filtered.
Well, it is a good game, but you have to sign up for it first which takes an awful lot of time. Also, the game sometimes says things that you are required to do. I would recommend DragonNest. It does say you have to pay, but the paying part is only if you want to buy high quality clothes/outfits. So I would say, from my opinion that wizard 101 is good but also try playing DragonNest
