Go to world map and double click where you want your marker to be.
Level 52-56 Wilderness, upper Southwest corner, west of the Mage Arena on the Map. Open your ingame map and scroll, you can then set the marker to guide you.
Well, honey, to add a map marker dynamically using JavaScript and PHP, you gotta first fetch the coordinates from your PHP backend using AJAX. Then, you can create a new marker object in JavaScript and set its position using those coordinates. Finally, just add that marker to your map using the Google Maps API. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
There isn't really a set time. I suggest paintballing the body of the fallen target. When the map marker disappears then the second target has spawned :)

The antique map in the background of several seasons of Cheers appears to be a reproduction of Claes Janszoon Visscher's c.1617 world map. You can even buy a print of it - see related link below. I understand they have one of the originals at the Austrian National Library. It is an extremely rare map, but frequently reproduced.
You need the server software first. Once you get the server set up, you can copy your save to the server.
According to the Prismacolr 156 marker set specs, it does nto include the colorless blender. However, you can either buy the blender separately, or purcahse the 120 marker set.
