It is very easy. Just highlight what you want and then go to file: print area: set print area. If that doesn't work, then you've got got something wrong with your computer or a very old computer...

Yes you can. If you do, each print area will be on a separate page. You can select them in the way you would select non-contiguous ranges. When you have the ranges selected, you pick the Set Print Area option, as you normally would.

First select the area of the worksheet that you want to be your print area. Then in the Page Layout tab you will find the Print Area button, enabling you to set it. On versions of Excel before 2007 it is in the File menu.
