I have an 09 Patriot. Radio can either be on or off but the time must be showing. Press and hold the "Time" button until the "hours" blinks. Adjust the "hours" by turning the right hand knob (Tune/Scroll) as needed and if needed. Next press and release the right hand knob. The "minutes" will start blinking. Adjust the "minutes" by turning the right hand knob. Then either press and release the right hand knob or just wait 5 seconds and the "minutes" will stop blinking and the clock is set.
