Turn the ignition to run. On the radio controls, PULL the scan button out to set the hour. Once the the hour is correct, PULL the seek button out to set the minutes.

You have to pull out the seek and scan tabs, I believe. One being hour and vice versa.
To set the clock on a 1989 Corvette the radio must be turned off. After turning the radio off hit the set button and then hit scan. The time can be set using the arrow buttons.
