make a private co-op match online there you can set it.
A private match is where you and your friends have a match and no one can join in.
on windows set your network type to private in network and sharing centre the open the folder Network from the start menu and other computers will appear that are on the network
to set up a team deathmatch go to private match you can invite players but they will not search for a game and find yours, you will not gain experince points in private matches. if you want to host a match on xbox live and gain experience points you have to have a good connection and stay in 1 match for quite a long time.
