From your homepage, click on "Friends" from the top blue bar. You can search for friends using the box in the upper right hand corner (under the link "Find people you know on Facebook") or you can find a friend through a friend list or the various other tabs (like "Status Updates" or "Recently Updated"). Once you found a friend whose relationship details you would like to edit, click on the little "Toggle" square to the right of his/her name and picture (beside the X). Below the networks this person belongs to is a link that reads "How do you know [Your Friend]?" Click on the link and select a choice.

When someone has blocked you from their Facebook, you won't be able to know if they have also deleted you.
