Just left od the Time and Set buttons you should find two letters H and M. Use a ball point pen to push the depressed buttons alongside these letters to set Hours and Minutes.
Idle speed is not adjustable on this car.
There should be a "H" and a "M" on the console with a small hole beside each of them , use a pen to push the recessed buttons.. I own a 02`Sebring and I know this works as I have done it..
The computer will set idle between 600 and 900 rpm depending on load and temperature..
Not to be smart but there is a little button on the face that says "clock".

Hold the clock button in the use the the radio seek button to increase or decreas the time.
Idle speed is computer controlled and is not adjustable. If the speed is above 1500 or below 500 there is a sensor or actuator malfunction.
If your radio has a "clock" button press and hold it while using the up/down tuner( or volume, i forget) button to set the time.
The airbag light stays on when the computer has detected a malfunction and set a code. The codes need checked with a scan tool to know possible causes.
Yuo hold down the clock button and press up on tune to change minutes and down to change hours
u need to use a volt meter and set t.p.sensor and adjust the cable unless u can flash comp.
On some Chrysler radios there are two round holes on the display panel of the radio with a letter h and m for hours and minutes. just take pen point and push into these holes to set the time.
