Apparently there were a few styles of radios for this car.
AM Stereo/FM Stereo Radio
To set the time:
Turn on the radio; if frequency is displayed, depress the VOLUME knob to display the time.
Then:
1) Depress the SET button and the "P" will be displayed.
2) Within 5 seconds, depress the VOLUME knob and hours and a flashing colon will be displayed.
3) Rotate the TUNING knob clockwise to advance the hour setting, or counterclockwise to decrease it.
4) Depress the VOLUME knob again to display minutes and make the setting in the same way.
5) Depress the VOLUME knob to restart the clock.
If you have an AM radio:
Turn the radio on. If frequency is displayed, depress the RADIO/TIME button to display the time.

2) Depress the RADIO/TIME button and hours and a flashing colon will be displayed.

If you have AM STEREO & FM STEREO RADIO WITH CASSETTE TAPE PLAYER - SEEK and SCAN:
1) Using two fingers, depress (at the same time) any one of the six memory pushbuttons and the VOLUME control knob. Hours and a flashing colon will be displayed.
2) Rotate the TUNING knob clockwise to advance the hour setting, or counterclockwise to decrease it.
3) Depress the VOLUME knob again to display minutes and make the setting in the same way.
4) Depress the VOLUME knob to restart the clock.
5) If you do not want the time displayed, you may defeat the clock function in the following way: Repeat step 1, then depress the AM/FM button three times. Time will not be displayed in either the radio or tape mode.
To restore the clock display, repeat this procedure.

Change bulb
on 87 Plymouth reliant just above the crankshaft pully sligtly to the left theirs a head of a bolt that can be seen and u can loosen it but to adjust it the bottom plastic cover needs to come off and a little tool is put into a slot to put tension on the belt then retighten the bolt it works on a cam system its a round idler pully but the bolt is off center i been putting mine off because u have to get that bottom cover off that means all the belts basicly the whole front

On the -87 Voyager the fuse for the lighter that (as stated below) also covers the horn is fuse #7 that is thesecond one from the top in the second row from the left.
