the only way i can find to set mine is move the cable out a little.
no it will still run. just a little ruff. someone did not set the time marks right. i would reline all timinng marks on the gears
set the harmonic balancer pully to zero there are 2 notches on the cam shaft pullies that should align with a mark on the mounts
Idle is automatically set by the computer with the use of an idle motor.

I looked into this about 5 years ago. idle is not user adjustable and the 92 is factory set to idle very slow about 800 to 900 rpm. I think it is computer controlled. Incorrect sir. There is a bolt under where the accelator cable is connected that you can adjust and it WILL affect your idle, you can do this with a simple screw driver if you really feel that you need to.
