When u press the set button it will go to each thing u need to set like hour min alarm date etc. Use the +- buttons to set the correct info then hit set again to lock it in and go to the next thing to

It is an outside temperature transmitter for a Sharp Wall Clock.
Your Sharp Atomic Clock will adjust automatically for DST since it receives a signal everyday to calibrate the time . See the related link below where you should be able to find the operating instructions for your model .
Try this (it works for a similar model): For the Sharp SPC374T Atomic Clock - Time Zone setting- Press the "Time" button once, the time zone will show where 'Day' usually is (e.g., "PA" for Pacific), use the Up or Down button to adjust. Press the time button once to save.

If the clock has "+" and "-" buttons on the front of the clock, pressing and holding the "+" button will move the dark area (your time zone) from left to right, where Pacific Time is on the left of the map and Eastern Time is at the right of the map. I assume pressing the "-" button will move the dark area from right to left.
