To check the transmission fluid on a Daewoo Lanos 2000 you have to get to the back side of the engine from underneath. The way we did it was to put the car on a lift.

the water pump is run off the timing belt and there is a specal tool for the adjustment on the timing belt witch is adjusted by the water pump the kent moorve number for the tool is J-2492-A

The low side fill port is directly below the air cleaner rubber hose by the right shock tower. The high side fitting is on top of the right shock tower along the edge of the fender.
