There really isn't anything to help you except clan tags on call of duty. Usually what people do is make a website, tryout people, add them to the clan, and use a website to declare wars against other clans.

You can't necessarily make a clan (as if there is a clan option) for Xbox. You can create a name for the clan, and then recruit members to it and have an official website for the clan but that's about it.

Many websites like Gamebattles have clans which you can join. However, when you are playing a game online, you will find several people in clans, just chat to them, make friends and try and get into a clan like that. Or the easiest way is to create a clan yourself.
