First get a bungie account at bungie.net then you put the vid. in your file share. Then you go to bungie.net on your PC and look at your fileshare. Then download the vid to your PC

I think you can create a file with the music etc on and then plug your Ipod touch in with a USB cable. Then it will bring up your Ipod info and drag the file across. I am just taking a guess at this :)
